Booking:
All tours are 100% private and operate with a minimum of 2 guests.
Tours are confirmed upon availability.
Final details (pickup time and location) are confirmed 24 hours prior to the tour.
Pricing:
Prices are based on group size and apply per private group.
All prices include private transportation, local driver-host, fuel, and applicable services as described.
Prices on third-party platforms may differ due to platform service fees.
Flexibility:
All itineraries are indicative and flexible.
The order of stops and timing may change due to:
- Guest preferences
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Seasonal availability
Accessibility:
Each tour has a defined activity level (Low, Moderate, or Flexible).
Some tours may include short walks on uneven terrain.
Tours are not recommended for guests with severe mobility limitations unless arranged in advance.
Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.
In case of extreme weather, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.
Guests are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pickup time.
Delays longer than 20 minutes without notice may result in reduced tour time.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Safety:
Guests must follow the driver-host’s safety instructions at all times.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and responsibly.
The operator reserves the right to terminate the tour without refund in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Children:
Children are welcome on private tours.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.
